All you need to do when testing your sig, is just have another window open to the side, where you have posted a message, and just 'F5' or click 'Refresh', and you'll see your sig change, and if you're not happy, go back to the other window, and go back a page or 2, edit it again, 'submit' and refresh the other page again... As it affects ALL posts you've made, not just new ones.
