Great to see Nakano qualifying 5th fastest(best result yet for kawasaki) and Hoffman showing promising signs(11th). The kawasaki's are improving all the time. Its a shame Pitt & McCoy didn't get a crack on these versions of the ZX-RR.

Foxsports from 7:30pm tonight(sat).

Yeah... all we need now is a podium finish, and then a race win, and everyone else will be asking: "Where the hell did these guys come from??"

Wow.. 5th.. That was totally unexpected.. And after the times in the wet, I think the 11th was too..

But I'm sure after doing testing, etc in the wet and searching for grip, and control, It would surely assit our boys no end, when they run on the dry...

I'll have to check out what time she's on.. Def gunna have to buy another six pack on the way home from work tonight.. *grins*

*prays the boys do well*

Assen's one of those tracks where big balls and good setup reap rewards...since Nakano sits a foot higher than any of the other riders (with the possible exception of Valentino), we might be in for a podium finish here....

Or, Nakano might just dissapear with no comment from the commentators about what the hell happened to him, and Hoffman might just drag his arse over the line about 2/3 of the way back, as per normal.

Yeah good call by me. Shiya certainly isn't having much luck, if it's not sudden tyre failure, it's alien abduction.

Pretty disappointing for the Kawasaki...with the laps he was doing in QP, i thought he was going to be a real force in traffic. Pity about the poor start and then engine troubles. :(

If you set the recorder for ch10 you would've missed some.
The bastards delayed it by another hour due to the earlier football mix-up - didn't start till 2:20.
I almost missed the end of the race - woke up for the 2nd last lap.
