The footage comes direct from the ABC where the EX used to work .... very similar to your find

What a co-incidence, my father worked on the castrol 6 hour around that time.... i'll have to borrow the footage off you sometime...
dad still has his old castrol 6hour shirt...

Rob , better set about burning some of that stuff to disc . I , for one would pay good money for a copy . Had some footage of the Swan series that unfortunately will not run now . Grrrr
And who cares about the sound being crap , that was Fast Freddie , 17 FFS
