OJ's white rain suit set the cogs in motion. I was wondering what the go is with racing leathers in the wet. I presume he wore it to keep water out of his leathers, but most riders didn't have the suit, including Rossi. Do they put some sort of sealant on the leathers? What about gloves? (I noticed Rossi had rubber gloves under his leather gloves)
I'm also a bit surprised they were complaining so much about misting of the visors. I would have thought a bit of high tech should be able to keep enough air pushing across the inside of the visor to keep it fairly clear?
