Thu Apr 07, 2016 8:23 pm

Hey all,

Yes I have been busy building up yet another track project... this time I decided to have a go at a 2012 R1 'big bang', (Yes I know not a Kawasaki !!)

This build up , like all of my other ones has come along perfectly... spared no expense and it looks, runs and rides perfectly..

Only 9000 road k's, Traction Control, Power Control.... all the track extra's... 3/4 Akrapovic exhaust (cat eliminator), Radiator Guard, ASV Levers, Race Throttle Insert, -1 tooth down front sprocket, Vortex Alloy rear sprocket, K&N Air Filter, Lithium Lightweight Battery, Racers Edge Race Glass, Rearsets, GB Racing Engine Protectors, crash Crash Knobs, and the list goes on......

Here are some pics fro you all to check out... same quality as my other build ups of course...

It will be at Phillip Island next Monday & Tuesday for the first track test... Cant wait !!

Re: Newly Completed Track Project - YAMAHA R1 Crossplane....

Awesome bike... Definitely different...

Tested at Phillip Island on the 11th & 12th of April..... the Crossplane engine really is amazing .. riding the torque curve and changing just when the light flashes, it just keeps pulling.... Still not a ZX10 but good fun.. ;-)

Still I had 3 prospective buyers even before I had finished the build up and it was sold on the Tuesday afternoon....

So another project built, tested and sold to a very happy buyer...

Next project... Hmmmmm maybe another ZX10... ???
