Finally the Rex is how I want it....for now

Postby Glen » Mon Dec 05, 2011 8:04 am

After much poncing around deciding what exhaust to put on the ZRX I finally decided on the stainless Muzzy meg. It turned up while we were away so as soon as we got back on it went.

I think this will probably be it for mods........... for a little while anyway. As Phil warned me you never really stop spending money on these things (in a good kind of way). But by and large it looks pretty well how I want it to

Mods so far

Muzzy Full System
Galfer Wave Rotors
Gazi Rear Shocks
K and N Filter
+4 deg ELS Ignition Advancer
Tiny Blinkers
Bar End Mirrors

Next up will be to get the forks a bit nicer.

Here she is. Photo's aren't great quality
Gotta luv a Rex

That Muzzy gives me movement off the seam Glen! 8) Great to see the Rex hasn't changed in cosmetic condition since I last saw it. ;)

Like
2004 ZRX1200R
And on the seventh day Richo ended his work which he had made. Decided resting was for soft cox, straddled the REX and headed up the old road.
And it was good

Looking good Glenno, cant wait to see/hear it in person.

Looks like there will - as always - be a few ZRX's on the CDT :kuda:

No!!!!!!!! Must fight urge, no I don't want it, but it'd look good and it is functional and it's second hand so cheaper then the newey and these things don't come up second hand very often................ Aaaaaaaaargh

...and for all the non Rex owners out there this is how it happens kids. One of your mates says here try this and then your all of a sudden looking for other bits, convincing yourself you just need one more bit but then you see something else when your trowelling around on Ebay, then someone says " hey I know where you can get this bit".......... it's like Heroin   .......oh and Phil is Dr Feelgood 8)

Sent you a pm mate :D
