My new Zed

Postby Lurch » Sun Sep 25, 2011 9:40 pm

Today was a big day, however in the end I managed to collect and now reveal the my new bike.

Its a 2004 Kawasaki Z750
Already it has:
  • Power Commander
  • K&N Air Filter
  • Staintune pipe
  • Suspension work
Things that need doing:
  • New tyres
  • Put the stock fender back on for rego
  • Take the cool looking film off the headlight for rego
  • Take off some of the bling spikes off for rego
  • Put proper mirrors back on

I am very happy, especially for the $'s I paid.

Thanks guys.
Yup- the spikes will go. Unfortunately there is some on the rear hugger, which will leave holes :( So I guess I'll just have to get another.
Other plans are a belly pan, some fancy levers, a radiator guard, and a hellava lot of cleaning. I've also got a lead on some nice carbon bits :)
Made a call today and already have tires tee'd up for when I can ride again.

Consider bar end mirrors, IMO it gives a clean straight line across the bars. 8) (put em below the grips even better :kuda: )

I have. ;)

Good luck :kuda:
