My bike (1992)

I had this bike brand new in 1992 when starting college. Now it has lost its lustre and many of its parts My brother likes to ride motorcycle but he does not fancy fixing things.



Back then it cost 3 Million rupiah (or $750 ), still it was a lot of money and there was no way my parents could pay it cash. The Honda GL-PRO 150 was considered one of the best bike you could buy locally (bikes limited by law to 200cc). Let's say it was a chick magnet



The engine is 150cc with unknown horsepower and a kickstarter which kicked me back many times. But it went an indicated 120kph.

Once a bike mechanic from Australia stayed at my house and he brought a bike magazine. I was very lucky

The longest I've ridden her was from the central of Java to eastern end of Bali. Awesome.

I tried to start it to have a bit of ride, but the tank was leaking. So I took my reliable 1974 Vespa instead.

And yes... front number plate is possible ...

Is that a Series 3 SWB Landrover behind the bike? Has a Series 2 lower door hinge and S3 top door hinge? Looks like an ideal project vehicle and they're not too hard to do either.

The bike has the heel / toe gearshift too? How did it feel at the indicated 120kph?

I have no ideas about all the cars (junk) that he collect . I think he got another 3 of that types and few more jeeps (wranglers?). Also older bikes like BSA which surprisingly works.
