Took a 150 klm round trip today and haven't had such a sore arse for year's and my right hand went numb!!!
Fantastic to see someone in my age bracket back in the saddle, as painfull as that may be.

Posted: Thu Jan 15, 2009 5:15 pmknow the feeling Steve, sometimes I have to stop and get off the bike as I get cramp in my hip ROL, but at the same time I haven't felt this good in years!! so it can't be too bad for me!!
