I struggle to see the plate in Pick 2 and I am sure that it less than a 45deg angle

You can see the plate at 45 deg from anywhere at least 20 mtrs from the rear of the vehicle. This pic 2 was taken at around 2 mtrs. A camera at 3-4 mtrs from the ground will catch my plate. The copper who didnt fine me because he could see my plate at around 6-8 mtrs behind the bike from a standing position.

Some people may not like the plates position but it is 'visable from at least 20 mtrs behind the vehicle and at a 45 deg angle in all directions.'
