Neka - those brakes were twin-piston Lockheeds, and were the *ducks guts* back in their day - they have *heaps* of power ( well, in a relative sense....the bike only weighed 130kg......)
The old H2R was a bit of a 'handful', but the KR750 as above was far more refined, and as a consequence, much easier to ride. It was lighter and narrower than the opposition TZ750's, it did have *slightly* less hp......and despite appearances, it actually handled very well.
My old Z1000 racer only has a 'braced' standard frame, but the extra bracing means it is very stable at well over 200kmh, not like the 'stock' frame.......
