Sun Dec 17, 2006 7:13 pm

ok well now i have moved to perth, i am allowed to ride whatever bike i want. so being me i had to have a zx6-r.

so i sent the bf off looking around before i came over and he found me this little beauty..

(mind the photo quality i was kinda shaky after my first ride i was really excited..)

just a list of mods, it ahs a full roo racing system, none of this slip on crap, lol
fully dyno jet system with a dyno tuning,
nice sticky race tyres, thanx to a mate who used them for his warm up lap and didnt want them he prefered his other tyres.

mods to be done:
braided lines, steering dampner, undertail kit, flush mount indicators, personal plates, new paint job (in 9-12 months) ventura rack for when i ride home, rear sets and crash knobs...

she is a dream to ride so smooth and just loves corners, even though perth doesnt have that many i have learnt that roundabouts and slow point (30km/h minni roundabouts) are fun...

Very nice should be quick with the full system and dyno kit... Better pics would be nice shakey.

 Congrats on the new bike mate, it looks sweet.

You will need to get out to Mundaring Weir, *apparently* its the only good set of twisties anywhere near Perth ?? (according to reliable local sources).....have fun !!

Congratulations, that looks sweet

is it painted in the zx9 gold, or orange?? Either way, looks good :)

Mon Dec 18, 2006 10:14 am

Well done Kell, what year model is it?

Mon Dec 18, 2006 11:00 am

well for 1 its only a 6.. lol

but has an aftermarket gold orange paint job...

its a 2000 model

and mina, i went into hiding after the gp to finish uni as i am now a registered nurse.

and living in bayswater just outside perth.

yeh the weir road is good, as well as the zig zag if you enjoy alot of 15km/h tight uturns, lol (ill pass for now)
also the road road brocky died on is good but very unforgiving if you make a small mistake. and the country runs are nice with big sweepers.

best bit about perth is teh bike community is small so you know nearly everyone who socialises around bikes.
