for those lesser unfortunates with names other than Dave (say........Mick), well, blame your parents. They had a chance to call you "Dave", and be done with it. You would then have been on the Road to Riches, the Name of the Brave and Shagger to the Rich and Famous
( its true, once I knocked off Kate Fischer 
)
But Oh NO, they had to go and call you Mick, or Bruce, or Trevor, or something else equally as common
Welcome Wattie (or DAVE) as the case may be.......
