central coast newbi

hi all, im Mitch, im from Morisset NSW

Recenlty bought a 1996 ZX7R as i have finally got my unrestricted licence.

Been riding for a little over 2 years now and absolutely loving it, dont know why i didn't get a bike earlier. My first bike was an FZR250, loved that thing, was like riding a bucking horse around the corners sometimes haha. A few months down the track i bought myself a brand new RS125, that thing really taught me how to ride, put over 10,000k's on it within 8 months or so, was riding almost every chance i got. Ended up coming off at Macquarie Pass, still not sure what happened, front end washed out on me and there i was sliding down the road on my back like a turtle, ended up with the nickname turtle for a while after that lol. And now im finally onto the big bikes :) you'll generally see me riding up and down the old road as i work just round the corner from the start at the somersby end, give me a wave if you see me

this was taken at the slab not long after i picked the bike up, such a difference in everyway to my old RS125

and here i am on my 125 on the old road, was lucky that Mio was there to take some photo's

cheers

thanks for the welcome guys,

unfortunately i dropped it in a carpark a couple of weeks ago so the left side fairing is cracked :( and i have a bruised ego lol. im only 5'5" so its rather hard for me to reach the ground, and this bike is double the weight of my old 125, still getting used to it.

And on Monday it broke down out at Wisemans Ferry, don't think it liked the heat much. Was a long boring wait for my old man to come out with the van to get it home. will be pulling it apart on the weekend so i can work out what went wrong with it. was a sad day :(

Don't be sad, think of it as the bike liking you and wanting to get more intimate lol.
