Hi Folks
New to the whole forum blog thing & always work Sundays & Public hols.
A regular rider between Grange, Aberfoyle park & Ardrossan ( Yorke Penninsula )
I Started riding in Port Pirie Yammy 80b severl more followed including a ex aus post scooter, Great on the salt flats...
Moved to Adelaide onto a Yamaha RD 350 even with the steering damper that thing was hard work
Next came the Ltd 550 My first Kwakka & what an intro.. The sparks that came off the pegs at night scared those behing me No Shit 10ft behind the bike..
Yamaha IT 175 Broken collarbone, Shoulder blade ligaments all the good stuff
Cause i was naughty iI was mated to a Honda Spacey for several years Belt drive wheelie machine.
Then came the 93 ZXR 750 Whoo fn Hoo 80,000 ks on that ol gal even rode her to the Island for the 2007Gp Crashed on the way home just out of Torquay, VIC. My fault.. Other collarbone, Hip
110,000 ks on the 03 Z1000 Still tight recently dyno`d at 130+hp at the rear Thanks Kim @ comp conversions. Had a heap of fun at the 2012 Gp
The Honda is a project 90% original its a work in progress & will one day be back in her former glory.
The Vstrom is for interstate travel. The tickets & accom are booked for this year & I cant wait. Ive just bought her & didnt expect she would be as much fun as she is.
Stop laughin yes ground clearance is a bit of a problem But if ya happy doin low speed wheelies :D & gettin there eventually. This things the Bomb...
