Gday fellas,

Just got a 99 ZX9R thats been lowsided and gonna get streetfightered up a bit. Glad i found this place cause it seems like a good resource with cool members.

I noticed that a few of you guys are from the Hills area, im in Kellyville so i hope i get to go for a ride with you guys fairly soon.

a 9 hey...well i wont spoil the thunder of the 9 riders around here.... but a naked nine?? well that would almost be a ....a .... ZEDDY!!!

u got links like aus streetfighter and the like for parts??

i got a few links for renthal bars, fender elims, and a bunch of other gear if u need it...

Welcome, gotta love the 9, I won't be the last to say it but wanted to be the first :P Looks very nice (from the left) the lowside must have lasted a while by the look of it, been there done that on the old zzr...
A good mate will bail you out of jail, a true mate will be sitting in the cell next to you saying "Damn, we fucked up!!!"

G'day Dan and welcome. The old 9 doesn't look too bad, though it seems like it's not the first time it's had a lay down. You've got a C series frame (welded sub-frame, 6 pot callipers, no dampener mounting lug, etc) and tank, but you've got what looks like '00 zx6r bodywork. Strange.

Enjoy your stay and good luck with the rebuild.

Bike don't look too bad .. . Have you thought of buying and modding race fairings (much cheaper than OEM)??

This lot aren't a bad crew ... There is a heavy 9 contingent here if you hadn't already noticed so you'll fit right in LOL

Check the 4 sale threads .. you may be lucky enough to find a tank too if you ask nicely :P

i originally thought you had been ripped....thinking it was a 6. as dave said thats 00 zx6 body work but the bottom of the tank indicated it is a 99 model 9 tank.

just make sure the tacho is a 12K redline not the 14K of a 6.

welcome mate, fair few 9's round here, we love em, best do it all bike ever ;)
