Im chris, i've been around bikes my whole life, me and my dad collect classics and do a little restoration work etc,
I have a 1975tl125
1974 husqvarna 450cr (the very first made)
and a few others, my dad has way more then me,
Anyway, im starting to try to find my L's bike, i'm after either gpx, zzr or zxr. Hopefully needing a little bit of work,
I've got lots of plans and paint schemes prepared and i guess ill post about them once i've got my bike.

as little as possible

im buying from damaged auctions so anywhere from nothing to bout 1500, i've seen heaps of zzr's and gpx's with good motors go for less then a grand so most likely one of them.

Welcome macca, plenty of bikes and I daresay a fair few of them 250's go at Fowles auctions in Altona as repairable writeoffs.

Welcome dude. Just how old are ya'? It might be about time to tell the old man the way of the world.
Alternately you could move out of home while you're still young and know everything
