Well, ok. If you insist

After numerous requests for an intro, how can I refuse.

My name is Darren and I hail from the most isolated capital city in the world. You know. The one the rest of Australia sometimes forgets exists...

PERTH

I'll admit that I don't ride a Kawasaki. I have, in fact never OWNED a Kawasaki, but I once lent money to someone to buy one.

And I've ridden 5 of them. Yes. The last being on Saturday!

But then again, I also admit to having ridden 4 hondas too. The shame of it all...

So that should make me somewhat of an expert. Or not. It doesn't matter. While there is Kawasaki specific stuff on this forum, in the end it's all about motorbikes, and anywhere I can learn to care for or ride my bike better is a good place.

Which brings me to my bike.

I ride a 2006 Aprilia RSV1000 R.

This thing.

I already know a few people on here from my local forums - perthstreetbikes and perthriders and a few others from around the traps, but always looking to meet more people.

Hey Shrike, Welcome to KSRC. I trust you will use the forum as it is intended. Good luck and i hope you can get the WA side of KSRC happening. Hope to see you and others make the tour to the East Coast for the real race meetings, WSB and MotoGP, Not to mention Halls Gap.

Hmmm, is your sexuality in question with that thing there you call a bike?? Kidding mate, but your still a HOMO

No I don't.

It's Italian so it's a coffee machine.

Stil haven't worked out where to put the beans though.

And I'm working on getting service stations at every cafe in WA too, to service these things while sipping on my macchiato

G'day and welcome mate.

As far as I know an Aprilia didn't finish in front of a Kwaka on the weekend at Eastern Creek so you're OK, sort of. :D

No, but an Aprilia did finish in front at Masterbike despite an MV Agusta setting a lap 1.4 seconds faster than anything else out there :D
